PDF Tools
Free PDF tools that run in your browser: merge files, compress a PDF to 100, 200 or 500 KB for upload forms, split out pages, remove a password you know, convert JPG to PDF and back, and print both sides of a CNIC on one A4 page. Your files are never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. Every PDF tool here opens and saves the file in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, which matters for CNIC copies, degrees, transcripts and bank statements.
Which tool makes a PDF small enough for an upload form?
Compress PDF: pick 100 KB, 200 KB or 500 KB, or type the limit from the form, and it lowers image quality step by step until the file fits. If you are starting from photos of documents, JPG to PDF builds the PDF and fits it under the limit in one go.
Can these tools open a PDF without its password?
No. A PDF can have a user password, which is needed to open it, and an owner password, which only limits printing and copying. Unlock PDF removes the first once you type it, and lifts print and copy limits with no password at all. It never guesses a password.

Will the PDF I make open on any device?
Yes. PDF is an international standard, ISO 32000, built so a document looks the same wherever it is opened. A file made here opens in Adobe Acrobat, a web browser or the PDF viewer on a phone.
